E – Education
is the responsibility of all stakeholders, including students, parents,
teachers, administrators, support staff, and community members.
P – Positive
relationships and mutual respect among and between students and staff
enhance a student’s self- esteem and improve student learning .
R– Recognize
that each student has unique physical, social, emotional and
intellectual needs; therefore, a variety of instructional strategies,
activities and assessments must be used to monitor and improve student
learning.
I – Instructional
and curriculum practices should incorporate a variety of learning
activities to accommodate differences in learning styles.
D – Differentiated
learning will enable our students to become more confident,
self-directed learners in the next step in their educational process.
